Any attempt to organize & diagram the un-diagrammable seems small-minded, but also a lovely gesture. My work "How to collect and display unfinished conversations" is a wall of poetic sentence fragments (vintage flash card subjects and predicates) signed & numbered as an edition by me then sold individually for $1 each. People took 1 or more home to display or keep. Some combos made sense, some were Dada-esque, all different.
The way to collect language then, is not to grid it on a white wall, but disperse it as far as you can fling it, secrets held tightly in the night by people who love words.
